基于时频谱的混合直流输电线路保护方法

Research on Protection Method Based on Time-Spectrum for Hybrid HVDC Transmission Line

摘要: 随着输电系统容量的增加与多落点负荷的需求,输电线路不再仅仅是两端的传输,换流站也不仅仅是单一的类型,混合多端直流输电系统是一种必然的趋势。然而,现有的传统和柔性直流输电线路的保护方法不能直接应用在混合多端直流输电系统。针对混合多端直流输电系统特殊的结构和较高的速动性要求,文章提出一种基于单端时频谱暂态电气量的混合直流输电线路保护方法。首先,利用接地极电流与稳态电流相比较,根据电流变化量积分值方向构成选极元件,依据电流时频谱分量所占比重构成区内外识别的判据。最后参考某实际工程在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建仿真模型进行理论验证。依据仿真结果,所提的保护方法可以准确识别区内外故障,选择故障极,具有耐受过渡电阻及噪声干扰的能力。

Abstract:  With the increase of transmission capacity and the demand of multi-drop load, transmission lines are no longer just two-end transmission, and converter stations are not only a single type. Hybrid multi-terminal HVDC transmission system is an inevitable trend. However, the existing protection methods for traditional and flexible HVDC transmission can't be directly applied to hybrid multi-terminal HVDC transmission system. Aiming at the requirement of special structure and high speed of hybrid multi-terminal HVDC transmission system, this paper presents a protection method for hybrid HVDC transmission line on the basis of single-terminal time-frequency spectrum transient electrical quantity. Firstly, comparing the grounding current with the steady-state current, the polar selector is constructed according to the direction of the integral value of the current variation, and the criterion of internal and external identification is constituted according to the spectrum component of the current. Finally, the simulation model of Wudongde HVDC transmission project in PSCAD/EMTDC is built to verify the theory. According to the simulation results, the proposed protection method can accurately identify internal and external faults, select fault poles, and resist certain transition resistance and noise interference.
