摘要: 随着可再生能源的快速发展,抽水蓄能在电力系统中发挥着越来越重要的作用,研究抽水蓄能参与市场的优化运行策略,对于提高抽水蓄能运营商和全社会的经济效益至关重要。文章首先介绍了现阶段抽水蓄能参与市场的研究现状,在此基础上建立了抽水蓄能参与电能量市场的二次型优化模型,并对模型进行了拓展,以适应更为复杂和实际的场合。相比于传统的混合整数规划方法,论文提出的抽水蓄能二次型优化方法能减少优化运行时间,并且能帮助运营商在电能量市场中获得更大的期望收益。算例结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: With the rapid development of renewable energy, pumped-storage station plays an increasingly important role in power system. In order to improve economic efficiency of both pumped-storage station and the society, it is vital to study the optimal operation strategy of pumped-storage stations.Firstly,the paper introduces current research of pumped storage participating in energy market, and then establishes a quadratic optimization model of pumped storage when participating in energy market. Besides, the model is expanded to adapt to more complex and practical occasions. Compared with the traditional mixed integer programming method, the quadratic optimization method proposed in this paper can reduce the running time and help operators to obtain more expected profits in energy market. The results of the example verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
