Time-Cost-Quality Trade-off Optimization of Wind Power Project Based on Pareto Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm

摘要:

工期、成本和质量是风电项目管理的关键。在分析风电项目基建期工期-成本-质量关系的基础上,构建了风电项目工期-成本-质量均衡优化模型,确定了决策变量和效用目标函数,阐述了Pareto蚁群算法的原理和计算步骤,并且通过分析风电工程施工网络计划,计算出关键路径和工期,用MATLAB编写Pareto蚁群算法程序对该模型进行求解得到Pareto解和综合效用值,并生成三维Pareto图,不仅验证了该优化模型的可行性,还为风电项目管理者提供了有效的决策依据。

Abstract:

 

 The time limit, cost and quality is the key to wind power project management. Based on the analysis of time-cost-quality relationship in the construction period of wind power project, this paper built time-cost-quality trade-off optimization model for wind power project, determined the decision variables and utility objective function, and expounded the principle and computation steps of Pareto ant colony optimization (PACO) algorithm. Finally, through the analysis of the construction network program of wind power project, this paper calculated the critical path and time limit, compiled PACO program in MATLAB to solve the model, obtain the Pareto solution and comprehensive utility value, generate a three-dimensional Pareto diagram as well, which could not only verify the feasibility of the optimization model, and also provide effective decision-making basis for wind power project managers.
