Primary Frequency Regulation Design Based on Valve Point and Its Application in 1 000 MW Thermal Power Unit

摘要:

当汽轮机数字电液(digital electro-hydraulic,DEH)控制系统使用固定系数的一次调频动作量时,由于受机组配汽特性的影响,在某些负荷段可能出现过调或欠调的情况,严重影响一次调频合格率。受汽轮机喷嘴蒸汽流量及其做功能力的启发,提出了一种基于阀点的一次调频(valve points primary frequency regulation,VPPFR)设计;设计中采用基于阀点和主汽压校正函数的变DEH控制系统侧动作量。该设计在实际应用中获得了较好的一次调频合格率。

Abstract:

During the action on DEH (digital electro-hydraulic) control system of turbine using a fixed coefficient of quantity, the primary frequency regulation may overshoot or undershoot in the certain load segment, because of the influence of steam distribution characteristics, which seriously affects the qualified rate of primary frequency regulation. Inspired by the nozzle steam flow and work capacity of turbine, this paper presented a design method for primary frequency regulation based on alve point (valve points primary frequency regulation, VPPFR), in which the action on DEH side was varied according to the correction function of valve point and main steam pressure. Through the practical application, it is showed that this method can obtain the satisfactory qualified rate of primary frequency regulation.
