有源配电网的馈线自动化效果评价方法

摘要:

随着分布式能源和可再生能源技术的广泛研究与应用以及信息通信技术和电力电子技术的同步发展,传统被动单向式供电配电网正面临向双向供电的配电网发展的巨大挑战,主动配电网(active distribution network,ADN)(即有源配电网)是解决上述问题的重要方法和手段。然而在有源配电网中传统馈线自动化技术难以保证选择的正确性,需要提供新的更有效的评价方法作为理论基础。针对目前大量分布式能源接入配电网所带来的电网自动化问题,基于有源配电网的特点并从馈线自动化(feeder automation,FA)动作过程与FA动作结果2个角度来对FA处理效果进行评价,提出有源配电网的馈线自动化评价指标体系及效果评价方法,为将来有源配电网的馈线自动化技术发展提供理论依据。

Abstract:

 

With the application of distributed and renewable power source technologies, as well as the simultaneous development of informational communication and power electronics technology, the traditional one-way-supplied power distribution network is facing a huge challenge leading the way to bilateral compensative power distribution network. Active distribution network(ADN) is an important means to solve the above problems. In this case, the selectivity and correctness of traditional feeder automation cannot be ensured. It is necessary to provide more effective evaluation methods. Under the circumstances that a large amount distributed energy resources integrated into distribution grid, the paper aims at the evaluation of the effectiveness of FA fault processing effect from two aspects of FA action process and action result on the basis of characteristics of active distribution network. An evaluation index system and the evaluation method of the feeder automation for active distribution network were presented, which can provide theoretical basis for the future development of feeder automation for active distribution network.
