A Review on Development Practice of Smart Grid Technology in China

摘要:

智能电网是世界范围内能源和经济发展的必然趋势,我国自2009年提出建设智能电网以来,在该领域取得了丰硕的研究成果与实践经验,获得了国际社会的广泛关注。从接纳可再生能源、智能输变电、智能配用电、智能调度控制系统、通信信息支撑平台五大领域出发,系统评述了我国在新能源并网预测、储能、智能变电站、输电线路防灾减灾、柔性直流输电、配电自动化、分布式电源接入与微电网、智能用电、配用电综合示范、智能调度控制系统、通信网和信息平台12个方向应用的关键技术与示范工程,并对比分析了国外同类技术的发展水平,展望了各项技术的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:

Smart grid has become an inexorable trend of energy and economy development worldwide. Since the development of smart grid was put forward in China in 2009, we have obtained abundant research results and practical experiences as well as extensive attention from international community in this field. This paper reviews the key technologies and demonstration projects on new energy connection forecast, energy storage, smart substation, disaster prevention and reduction for power transmission lines, flexible DC transmission, distribution automation, distributed generation access into micro grid, smart power consumption, the comprehensive demonstration of power distribution and utilization, smart power dispatching and control system, communication network and information platform in China, systematically, on the basis of 5 fields, i.e., renewable energy integration, smart power transmission and transformation, smart power distribution and consumption, smart power dispatching and control system and information and communication platform. Meanwhile, it also analyzes and compares the developmental level of similar technologies abroad, and provides an outlook on the future development trends of various technologies.
