光伏-超级电容器混合系统的建模与控制

摘要: 为解决光伏发电系统出力随机性大,波动较强等问题,提出了一种光伏-超级电容器混合系统控制策略。建立了光伏和超级电容器数学模型,构建了一种变流器少、成本低的光伏、超级电容器及可控直流负载集结于直流母线的结构,推导了各个系统的控制方程。超级电容器快速充放电,平抑直流母线电压波动,可控直流负荷柔性投切,保证超级电容器荷电状态运行于规定范围之内。此种控制策略平滑了上网功率,提高了光伏利用率,稳定了直流母线电压。基于PSCAD/EMTDC中的仿真结果验证了光伏-超级电容器混合系统模型的准确性及控制策略的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the randomness and strong fluctuation of power output of photovoltaic (PV) power generation, this paper proposes a kind of control strategy of PV-supercapacitor (SC) hybrid system. We construct the mathematical model of PV and SC; present the structure PV, SC and controlled DC load being linked in the DC-BUS to reduce the number of converters and saving cost; and deduce the control equation of each system. The SC can charge and discharge rapidly, which contributes to stabilize the voltage fluctuation of DC-BUS. A kind of controllable DC load is put in and cut out flexibly to ensure SOC (state of charge) of SC running in the setting range. Finally, this kind of control strategy can smooth the internet power, improve the PV efficiency, and stabilize the DC-BUS voltage. The simulation results in the PSCAD/EMTDC verify the accuracy of the PV-SC hybrid system model and the effectiveness of the control strategy.
