摘要:  随着配电网不断的复杂化以及主动配电网、智能电网等概念的提出,在配电网中将可能有多个储能系统存在,而当前对储能系统的运行研究主要集中在时间上的优化,很少有涉及其在空间上的优化。提出一种两阶段蓄电池储能系统(battery energy storage system,BESS)运行控制策略制定方法:一阶段以储能套利与削峰收益之和最大为目标,根据分时电价划分充放电时间段,将所有储能系统看作一个整体,在时间周期上制定总的运行控制策略;二阶段在一阶段基础上进行空间二次优化,考虑网络结构,以降低网损所得收益最大为目标,对各储能系统在各时间段上的充放电功率进行分配。最后以修改的IEEE 33节点系统作为算例,验证了本文所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:  With the continuous complexity of distribution network, and the concepts of active distribution network, smart grid, there may be a number of energy storage systems in distribution network. However, the current researches on the operation of energy storage system are mainly focused on the optimization of time, and there are few of them involved in the optimization of the space. This paper presents a method for the control strategy of the two-stage energy storage system operation: in the first stage, it is the goal of the maximum benefit of the energy storage arbitrage and peak clipping, divides the time period of charging and discharging according to time-of-use price, all the energy storage systems are considered as a whole, and the total operation control strategy is formulated in the time period; the second stage is the second optimization of the space on the basis of the first stage, taking into account the network structure, the objective function is the maximum of the benefit of saving energy, the charging and discharging power of each energy storage system in each time period are distributed. Finally, a modified IEEE 33 node system is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
