 基于多源信息时间序列匹配的电网故障诊断方法

 A Fault Diagnosis Method of Power Grid Based on Time Series Matching with Multi-Source Information

摘要:  随着调度中心自动化水平的不断提高,包括数据采集与监控系统(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)、广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)、继电保护信息系统(relay protection information system, RPIS)等在内的多数据源系统的量测信息汇集到调度中心的统一数据库中。为了充分挖掘多源信息在调度运行中的应用场景,将多源信息应用于电网故障诊断中,提出了一种基于多源信息时间序列匹配的电网故障诊断方法。首先,介绍了多源信息数据库的组成、电网时间序列的结构以及针对不同数据源系统的生成规则。其次,利用事件顺序 (sequence of event,SOE)记录、信息保护动作信息和相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)电气量信息在故障发生时划分可疑故障区域,生成未知故障的电网时间序列,并与根据可疑故障区域内的可疑元件的保护配置信息生成的基准时间序列集合进行匹配,识别出故障元件、故障类型、故障时间、故障演进过程等详细故障信息。最后,采用实际算例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:  With the improvement of automation level of power dispatching and control center, measurement information from multiple sources, such as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), wide-area measurement system (WAMS), relay protection information system, et al, is gathered to the unified database in the power dispatching and control center. In order to dig out several application scenarios of multi-source information in power dispatching and operation, this paper applies multi-source information in grid fault diagnosis and proposes a fault diagnosis method for power grid based on time series matching with multi-source information. Firstly, we introduce the database construction of multi-source information, the structure of power grid time series and the corresponding generative rules for different data sources. Then the suspicious fault areas and the power grid time series of the unknown fault are determined by sequence of event (SOE) information, protection operation information and electric measurements of phasor measurement unit (PMU) when the fault occurs. After that, the power grid time series of the unknown fault are matched with the standard time series sets that are produced according to the suspicious element's configuration information of protective relays in the suspicious fault areas. Then the detailed fault information is obtained, including fault elements, fault type, fault time, fault procedures and so on. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated by practical calculation example.
