摘要: 在有源配电网规划中考虑电网的运行可靠性和需求侧响应,能够平抑分布式电源接入对电网的影响。在传统有源配电网规划模型的基础上,引入需求侧响应费用和电网运行的可靠性约束,构建面向用户差异化需求的智能配电网综合资源规划模型。使用演化算法对模型进行求解以得到计及电网运行可靠性和需求响应的有源配电网规划方案。基于IEEE33节点的算例分析结果表明,所提出的规划方案能够有效降低规划期的总成本,为有源配电网规划提供一定的决策依据和方法参考。

Abstract:   Considering the operation reliability and power demand response in the planning of active distribution network can stabilize the impact of distribution generation (DG) penetrating on power grid effectively. This paper introduces the demand response cost and the reliability constraint of power grid operation based on the traditional model of active distribution  第38卷第2期2017年2月电力建设Electric Power ConstructionVol.38,No.2Feb.,2017network, and builds a comprehensive resource planning model for intelligent distribution network, which is oriented to the  different needs of users. The evolutionary algorithm was adopted to solve the model, and the planning scheme of active distribution network was obtained with considering the reliability of power grid operation and demand response. Based on the case study of IEEE 33-node system, the results show that the proposed planning can effectively reduce the total cost during the planning period, and provide  the decision basis and method reference for the active distribution network planning.
