基于IEC 61850的主动配电网自治控制区域动态分区机制

摘要: 在主动配电网分层分布控制模式下,自治控制区域的变化必然涉及到区域控制器运行方式的改变。传统的主动配电网在分层分布控制模式下,需要人工配置每台设备所管辖的区域拓扑信息,因此大多采用静态分区方式。为了能够将主动配电网动态分区算法投入运行,必须解决自治控制区域自动重新划分问题,即动态分区。该文基于IEC 61850标准,构建了主动配电网拓扑连接模型和区域协调控制器的设备自描述模型,在WCF(windows communication foundation)平台上设计与主站相兼容的配电网区域拓扑更新机制,实现分层分布控制模式下自治控制区域的自动化分区。

Abstract: With the hierarchical and distributed control mode of active distribution network, each time the self-control area changes, the area coordinate controller need to reset its equipment information. Under the hierarchical and distributed control mode, the typical active distribution network requires human work in updating the topology information; hence most DMS (database management system) applys the static partition mode. In order to put the dynamic partitioning algorithm of active distribution network into operation, the automation partition problem of self-control area is required, that is the dynamic partition. In this paper, the active distribution network topology model is constructed based on the IEC 61850 standard, together with the static area controllers equipment self-description model. In addition, the distribution network topology updating mechanism is built based on WCF (windows communication foundation) platform according to the proposed models, which can realize the automatic partition of self-control area under the hierarchical and distributed control mode.
