 基于熵值法改进的新型电力错峰资源调度策略

摘要:  摘  要:为缓解用电高峰时段电网运行压力,同时考虑到负荷集成商基本职能及其具有的自行组织错峰资源调度能力,该文从负荷集成商角度出发,研究在完成错峰资源调度任务前提下,负荷集成商的任务分解及调度策略,使其获取最大收益。构建了用户侧参与错峰资源调度的数学模型,以熵值法为基础,提出针对错峰资源调度问题的动态系数修正机制。遴选了与错峰调度相关的核心指标,根据用户侧动态执行情况实时调整负荷集成商的任务调度策略,并根据负荷集成商收益以及错峰任务完成情况进行评价。结果表明,相对于一般均分法及熵值法,提出的算法策略更能确保负荷集成商完成错峰资源调度任务且实现收益最大化,证明提出的算法策略在错峰资源调度上具有一定的适用性。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: In order to ease the power grid operation pressure during peak hours, considering the basic function and the ability to organize load shifting resource dispatching of load aggregators, this paper mainly studies the task decomposition and scheduling policy of load aggregators to make them to maximize the benefits under the completion of load shifting resource dispatching. We construct the mathematical model for the users participating in load shifting resource dispatching, and propose the dynamic coefficient correction mechanism for the load shifting resource dispatching problems based on entropy method. Then we choose the core indicators related load shifting dispatching, adjust the task scheduling strategy of load integrator in real time according to users lateral dynamic execution, and implement evaluation according to the income of load aggregator and the completion of load shifting task. The results show that compared with the general average method and entropy method, the proposed algorithm strategy can ensure complete the load shifting resource scheduling tasks and realize the profit maximization for load aggregator, and this algorithm strategy is applicable to the load shifting resource dispatching in some circumstances.
