 Influencial Factors Analysis of Receiving Power Flow Capacity and Countermeasures

摘要:  ABSTRACT:   During the “13th Five-Year” period, the demand for electricity in China will  still has large room for growth. By 2020, the total capacity of power flow is expected to 310 GW received by 12 provinces and cities in the east and central China. How to lead the development of receiving-end grid is key technical problem related to the sustainable development of future power grid in China. Starting with the influence factors of receiving power flow capacity, combining theory with examples, this paper puts forward countermeasures for receiving-end grid to consume large scale power flow, considering from the aspects of grid size and structure, receiving mode, active reactive power support, security defense system, and unified scheduling. Furthermore, this paper focuses on UHV synchronized grid scheme in 2020 and analyzes the reason that the scheme remains safe and stable operation while consuming large scale power flow. Finally, on the basis of this scheme, from the view of ensuring the security and stability of power grids, the reasonable receiving capacity of power flow is presented by further increasing the number of DC lines.
