 大规模分布式能源博弈竞争模型及其求解算法

摘要:  摘  要:随着分布式能源系统的快速发展,为了促进电网主动消纳大规模分布式能源,考虑用户、聚合商和电网三方需求及收益等因素的大规模分布式能源系统博弈竞争模型亟待建立。针对这一复杂多目标优化问题,采用具有优异的全局搜索能力和求解效率的抹香鲸优化算法(sperm whale algorithm,SWA)对大规模分布式能源系统并网消纳问题进行了分析。同时,引入一种启发式约束处理方法对该算法的数据处理能力进行了优化。最后,结合分布式能源系统算例,对分布式能源系统博弈竞争模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明基于所提出模型得到的每个时段最优电价策略组合可以有效平衡用户、聚合商和电网三方收益,实现三方的合作共赢和协调发展。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT:  Along with the rapid development of distributed energy system, in order to promote the power grid proactively accommodating large scale distributed energy, the game competition model of large scale distributed energy system needs to be established with considering the demands and profits of the users, the aggregators and the power grid companies. According to this complicated multi-objective optimization problem, this paper adopts the sperm whale optimization algorithm (SWA) to analyze the connection and consumption of large scale distributed energy system, which has excellent global search ability and solving efficiency. Meanwhile, a heuristic constraint handling method is employed to improve the processing ability of the algorithm. Finally, this paper simulates and analyzes the game competition model of distributed energy system based on a real distributed energy system. The analysis results show that the optimal electricity price during each period obtained by the proposed model can effectively balance the profits of the users, the aggregators and the power grid, which can realize tripartite win-win cooperation and coordinated development.
