摘要:  随着电网规模不断扩大,现有的“三道防线”保护策略已经无法满足复杂电力系统安全稳定运行的需要,迫切需要构建新一代大电网安全综合防御体系,进而需要建立一种高速、实时、安全、可靠的电力通信网络,以支撑交直流协控、抽蓄控制、精准切负荷、全景状态感知等系统保护功能。基于电力通信网的现状,首先对系统保护业务的通信网需求进行详细分析,包括节点分布及业务流向、传输距离、通道带宽、通信时延等;其次对目前电力传输网技术进行研究分析,提出满足系统保护业务需求的两种传输技术方案,并进行了对比分析;最后对所提出的两种技术方案的通信时延进行实验验证,为系统保护通信网建设提供理论和实践参考。

Abstract:  With the rapid expansion of electrical power network, the existing “three lines of defense” strategy has been unable to meet the requirement of the complex power system security and stable operation. A new generation of large electric power integrated defense system is urgently necessary. Furthermore, It is required to build a high-speed, real-time, safe and reliable electric power communication network to support the system protection function, such as AC/DC control, pumped storage control, accurate load shedding, panoramic perception, etc. Based on the current situation of power communication network, firstly this paper analyses the business requirement of system protection including site distribution and information flow, transmission distance, channel bandwidth, and communication time delay. Secondly, this paper compares varies communication techniques and chooses two appropriate technologies to fulfill the system protection requirement. Finally, this paper carries out a test verification on time delay of two technology schemes, which provides a theoretical and practical reference for the construction of system protection communication network.
