摘要:  摘 要:特高压设备运维检修是电力网络运营管理的一项核心业务,对相关费用影响因素进行识别、度量和分析是对其进行有效管控的基础。在此背景下,首先从检修成本构成和外部环境2个方面分别识别出特高压设备运维检修费用的直接和间接影响因素,并采用空间降维法、十年折旧法、模糊C均值聚类法对部分影响因素进行量化。然后,利用相关分析、占比分析、主成分分析、通径分析对影响因素进行度量和分析。最后,以浙江省某特高压变电站设备运维检修实际工程为例对所提出的方法进行验证,识别出了对运维检修费用具有重要影响的一些因素。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: The operation and maintenance (O&M) of ultra high voltage (UHV) equipment is a key business issue in management and operation of a power system, identification, measurement and analysis of the factors impacting on O&M costs are essential for controlling the O&M costs effectively. Given this background, the indirect and direct impacting factors on the O&M costs of UHV equipment are first identified from both the compositions of the maintenance costs and the external environment, and parts of impacting factors are quantified by employing the dimension reduction method, decade depreciation method, fuzzy C-means clustering method. Then, these impacting factors are measured and analyzed through the correlation analysis, proportion analysis, principal component analysis, and path analysis. Finally, an actual O&M project of an UHV substation in Zhejiang province is served for demonstrating the presented method, and some important impacting factors on O&M costs are then identified.
