摘要:  摘要:电力系统发电、输电等环节对储能有着不同的技术需求,各储能类型在技术及经济方面存在明显的区别。此外,针对不同工况的储能配置方案选择尚无规范的评价指标。该文从储能选型的角度出发,设立了多属性多目标储能工况适用性对比分析方法,结合不同储能类型的容量配置、投资成本和技术适用性提出了储能工况适用性对比综合评价指标,并且针对储能在电力系统的发电侧、输电侧和源网矛盾中的不同需求,结合不同类型储能技术的特征建立了储能容量优化配置方法,以获得不同应用场景下的最优储能配置方案。最后,进行算例分析,分析结果验证了上述方法的有效性和指标选取的合理性,为相关储能技术的推广应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT:  There are different technical requirements for energy storage in power generation, transmission and other sectors. There are obvious technical and economic differences between energy storage types. There is no standardized evaluation index for energy storage configuration options that are suitable for different operating conditions. From the view of energy storage selection, this paper presents a comparative analysis method for the applicability of multi-attribute and multi-objective energy storage conditions. Based on the capacity allocation, investment cost and technical applicability of different energy storage types, we proposes the comprehensive evaluation index of energy storage conditions applicability comparison. And according to different demands of the power generation side, transmission side and the source network contradictory in power system, we establish the energy storage capacity optimization configuration method based on the characteristics of different types of energy storage technologies, in order to obtain the optimal energy storage scheme under different application scenarios. Finally, through the example analysis, the validity of the proposes method and the rationality of index selection are verified, which can provide the research foundation for the development of related energy storage technology.
