摘要:为了实现飞轮电机全速度范围的无位置传感器控制,在低速时,利用电机交直轴电感不对称的特性,通过注入高频电压信号,对电机内相应的电压(电流)信号进行检测。在中、高速时,采用扩展反电动势(extended electromotive force,EEMF)建立电机数学模型,并通过滑模观测器对反电动势进行估计,同时选择合适的滑模增益以克服参数时变及系统不确定性的影响。随后,给出了2种控制算法切换区内的加权系数计算方法,利用平滑函数改善控制切换过程。最后,搭建了飞轮电机全速充、放电仿真模型,验证了所提混合观测器能将滑模观测器与高频电压信号注入进行有效结合,满足飞轮电机全速状态下无位置检测需求。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: To realize the control of the sensorless of the flywheel motor in the full range of the speed, at low speed, taking advantage of the characteristic that the direct axis inductance and quadrature axis inductance of motor are asymmetric, we can test the corresponding voltage (or current) signal in the motor by injecting high frequency voltage signal. At medium and high speed, we can use EEMF (extended electromotive force) to build a mathematical model of motor, adopt sliding-mode observer to estimate the counter electromotive, and choose the proper sliding gain to overcome the influences of parameter time-varying and systematic uncertainty. Then,  two weighted coefficient calculation methods are proposed in control algorithm switching area, and  smooth function is used to improve control switching process. At last, we build the full speed charging and discharging simulation model of flywheel motor. The results show that the proposed hybrid observer can effectively combine sliding-mode observer with high-frequency voltage signal injection to satisfy the no location detection requirement of flywheel motor at full speed.
