摘要:  摘要:针对微电网运行过程中的经济成本、环境代价和用电负荷的优化问题,以帕累托(Pareto)理论为基础,结合NSGA-II多目标算法,引入了能够综合考虑微电网调度过程中多方面需求的分层多目标优化算法。使用多层目标循环优化流程,保证了算法的全局寻优能力,且使得算法适用于微电网供需两侧优化问题的求解。算法中引入同化过程加快算法的收敛速度;引入隔离交叉变异改善了算法的Pareto前沿分布特性,有效地提升了算法的寻优能力。最后通过算例验证了本算法的有效性。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: In order to optimize the cost reduction, environmental cost and electrical load curve during microgrid operation, a hierarchical multi-objective optimization method, which can comprehensively considers the requirements of multifaceted targets in the process of microgrid scheduling, is introduced combined with NSGA-II multi-objective algorithm based on the Pareto theory. The global optimization ability of the algorithm is guaranteed by using the process of multilayer cycle optimization. Therefore, it is more suitable for solving the optimization problem of both power supply and demand of microgrid. The convergence rate of the algorithm is improved by assimilation process. Meanwhile, the isolation cross mutation is used to improve the Pareto optimal front of the algorithm, which can effectively improve the optimization ability of the algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of this algorithm is verified by an example.
