沙漠地区输电线路装配式基础设计及应用

摘要:

220kV台远—塔中输电线路工程深入塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地,线路途经风积沙地段,普通现浇钢筋混凝土基础面临基础材料运输距离远、水源紧张等难题,通过强度计算和材料选择对比分析,采用钢筋混凝土板条与钢支架结合的装配式基础是安全可靠、经济合理的选择。在工程途经地区进行了装配式基础原型试验,根据试验结果分析,提出了基础承载力和构件强度计算方法,得到了风积沙地基上拔角和水平荷载影响系数等关键设计参数。该型式基础已成功应用于工程中,表明相对现浇基础可节约投资15%,且缩短了建设工期,取得了较好的经济和社会效益,为类似工程的应用提供了重要参考。

Abstract:

220kV Taiyuan-Tazhong electric transmission line entered the Takla Makan desert center, and passed by area covered aeolian sand. the ordinary cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation use faced with some problems, for example the foundation matter transport intense, the water source deficient. Through the strength calculation and contrastive analysis of foundation materials, the assembly foundation which made up of the reinforced concrete plank and the steel bracket unify was a safe and economical choice. Assembly foundation prototype tests had been done in the engineering pass-by area, according to analysis on test results, proposed the foundation supporting capacity and the component strength calculation method, obtained some key design variables including uplift angle and horizontal load influence coefficient. This pattern foundation has been used in the engineering, indicated that use of assembly foundation saved 15% of the investment in cast-in-place foundation, reduced the construction time, had obtained good economy and social efficiency, and had provided the important reference for the similar project's application.
