火电厂环保设施及烟气污染物排放实时监控系统研究与建设

Research on Real-time monitoring system of flue gas pollutant emissions and environmental protection facilities in thermal Power Plant

摘要:

根据国家节能减排和奥运保障的相关政策与要求,进行了火电厂环保设施及烟气污染物排放实时监控系统的研究与建设,采集电力企业环保设施及烟气污染物相关生产数据,利用电力系统调度专用网络进行传输,实时监测河北南部电网所有燃煤发电机组的烟气排放数据和环保设施运行状况,为环保部门加强燃煤电厂烟气治理设施运行监督和为燃煤机组脱硫电量和脱硫电价核算提供有力支撑;同时有利于减少烟气污染物排放,降低电力企业对环境的污染。

Abstract:

According to our country’s policy of Energy Saver and Exhaust Reducer and oliymipic Security ,this article studied about environmental protection facilities in thermal power plant and real-time1 monitoring system of flue gas pollutant emissions. Collecting the environmental protection facilities of electric enterprises and Producing data of coal-fired power , these data have been transmited by private data network in electric power dispatching ,and been used real-time monitoring all of the data of flue gas pollutant emissions 0f coal-fired power for in Southern Hebei Power Network, and real-time monitoring the motion condition of environmental protection facilities .these data give some support to environmental protection organization to surveillance to flue gas control facilities’s function ,and give some support to coal-fired power’s electric quantity of desulfuration and the adjustion accounts of electricity price of desulfuration . This study about Real-time monitoring system decrease the monitoring system of flue gas pollutant and reduce the environment pollution of electric enterprises.
