摘要

针对华能海门电厂1 号机组汽轮机冲转期间发生的可倾瓦烧瓦案例,分析了可倾瓦烧瓦原因以及解决方案,总结了超超临界百万千瓦机组汽轮机冲转、调试、运行过程中可倾瓦产生瓦温、振动的影响因素,为以后同类型汽轮机安装、调试、运行提供借鉴作用。

Abstract

Based on the tilting bearing pad burnout occurred during the initial rotation of the turbine, Unit #1, Huanen Haimen Power Plant, we analyzed the cause of the bearing pad burnout and the solution, summarized the main factors which cause titling bearing pad abnormal temperature and vibration during the initial rotation, commissioning, running of the 1000MW ultra -super-critical parameter unit, offers the effect for reference for installing, commissioning and running of the turbine of the same type afterwards.
