摘要

荆门换流站接地极工程玻璃钢构架是国内首次应用玻璃钢复合材料的变电构架。为掌握玻璃钢构架的受力特点并检验节点连接的合理性,对玻璃钢构架进行了预加载、正常和超载工况下的力学试验,测定相应工况下玻璃钢构架的位移。试验结果表明,玻璃钢应用于变电构架具有可行性、合理性和安全性,并已经成功应用于实际工程中。本成果为推广玻璃钢构架应用提供了理论和实践依据。

Abstract

The glass fibre reinforced plastic(GFRP) gantry in the earth electrode of Jingmen converter station apply GFRP composite materials to gantry of switchyard first in our country. To understand laoding characters of GFRP gantry, and considering joint connection rationality. GFRP gantry is designed to perform mechanical property under preliminary load,design load,over loading ,and measure corresponding gantry displacements。Test results show that it is practicality、rationalty and safety to apply GFRP composite materials to gantry,and through optimizing cross-section size and length of GFRP pipe,which weight is reduce 33% than steel gantry。Test results offer the basis of theory and practice for the extended application of GFRP gantry.
