引风机内颗粒沉积的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Particle Deposition within the Induced Draft Fan
以重整化群k-ε 模型为基础,利用计算流体力学(computation fluid dynanics,CFD)对离心式引风机的内部流场进行数值模拟。采用拉格朗日颗粒轨道模型,得到固体颗粒在引风机内的运行轨迹;加入吹灰气流,通过数值模拟验证其减少颗粒沉积的可行性。
Using commercial computation fluid dynanics (CFD)software fluent, and based on the k-ε equations and the renomalization group model, the flow field of the centrifugal induced draft fan was numerically simulated. Using the Lagrangian particle trajectory model, the running track of the solid particles in the fan was obtained; and the feasibility of reducing particle deposition with numerical simulation was verified by adding blowing air.
