摘要

针对热电厂主蒸汽温度的控制难点,在综合考虑了烟气热量的影响、减温水阀门的非线性特征和一级温度设定值的合理范围等因素后,采用扰动自适应功能的预测控制技术对浙能温州发电厂5号300 MW机组的主蒸汽温度进行优化控制,有效减小了主蒸汽温度的波动范围。该控制方式使主汽温在机组负荷190 MW以下也能良好运行,应用实践证明该技术具有较高的市场推广价值。

Abstract

The control of main steam temperature is of difficulty in thermal power plant. Considering the effect of heat quantity of flue gas, the nonlinear characteristics of spray water valve and the reasonable range of temperature setting point, the main steam temperature control system is optimized by adaptive disturbance and predictive control technology of NO.5 300 MW unit in Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Power Plant. The fluctuation range of main steam temperature is reduced effectively, and the control system can work well even the load under 190 MW. It is proved from the application that the technology is of high marketing value for generalization.
