电网特殊负荷的电能质量管理
Study on the Power Quality Management of particular loads in Power Grid
电力电子设备的大量应用,使得非线性、冲击性负荷等特殊负荷给电网带来的电能质量问题日益突出,建立有效的特殊负荷电能质量管理体系对保证电网电能质量具有重要意义。对特殊负荷电能质量管理工作进行了研究,指出管理过程中的关键要素包括管理制度和管理流程2个方面。对电能质量监测、评估与治理这3项管理中的核心内容进行了探讨。研究结果可为电网公司制定特殊负荷电能质量管理规定提供一定的依据。
With the increasing applications of electrical and electronic equipments, there are more and more power quality problems due to the special loads, such as nonlinear, impact loads etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish an effective power quality management system for the special loads to ensure power quality of power grid. Based on this, the power quality management for special loads is discussed. It is found that the key elements during the management should include two factors, the management rules and the management procedure. In addtion, three core parts of monitoring, assessment and control of power quality are discussed and analyzed. The results can provide references for power supply companies to make power quality management regulations of special loads.
