摘要

架线工程施工前需对导线及相应的耐张线夹和接续金具,使用配套的钢模进行压接,制作3根检验性试件。试件的握着力不应小于导线计算拉断力的95%。针对实际操作过程中出现的导线压接不合格的情况,对影响因素进行分析。总结了导线压接握着力不合格的几种典型工况,并分析了产生的原因。

Abstract

Before the constructions of overhead transmission lines, the conductor, the corresponding strain clamp and connecting fittings should be crimped by the steel mold. Three test specimens is made, of which the holding force is no less than 95% of the calculated tensile strength of the conductor. According to the failure of conductor crimping in the practical operation, the influencing factors are analyzed, the typical operating modes and causes summarized.
