摘要

甘肃河西地区输电线路地线的微风振动非常强烈,常发生防振锤滑移、地线疲劳断股等事件,威胁输电线路的安全运行。为此,结合线路地线参数及地形、气象条件特点,研制了专用的预绞式线夹防振锤,并提出布置方式;对微风振动特别强烈的地区,推荐采用“预绞式线夹防振锤+阻尼线”联合防振装置。经过室内模拟试验和微风振动现场测试,新型预绞式线夹防振锤的各项指标均满足标准要求,其具有良好的防振效果,已成功应用于甘肃河西750 kV输电线路工程。

Abstract

Aeolian vibration of overhead ground wire is very strong in Hexi 750 kV transmission line of Gansu province, resulting in slip of dampers, fatigue break of ground wire endangering the safe operation of transmission lines. Based on this, special dampers with preformed clamps is developed and collocated according to parameters of lines, terrain and weather conditions. For the particular areas with strong aeolian vibration, the anti-vibration device by combining damper with preformed clamps and damping wire is recommended. The new type of damper meet the standard requirements, is verified to work well by the indoor simulation experiments and field tests. The dampers have been successfully applied in Hexi 750 kV transmission line.
