特高压南阳站扩建工程大跨线安装金具组件的优化改进
与特高压交流试验示范工程相比,特高压南阳站扩建工程跨线安装档距、牵引张力、挂点高差更大,尤其是晋东南侧高压电抗器上方92 m大跨线,对吊装可靠性和操作便捷性提出了更高要求。对特高压南阳站大跨线安装中,设计优化的牵引吊装金具以及连接金具进行了介绍和分析,可为今后的同类工程提供一定的参考。
Compared with the UHV demonstration project, the installation span, the traction tension and the height difference between suspension points are more larger in the extension project of the UHV Nanyang substation. Especially the large-crossing line of 92 m span above the HV reactor in Southeastern Shanxi puts forward higher requirements for the installation reliability and operation facility. In the large-crossing line installation of UHV Nanyang substation, the designed and optimized lift fitting and connecting fitting are introduced and analyzed, providing references for similar project in the future.
