摘要

近几年新建电厂的汽轮机在启动时多次发生轴瓦、轴颈磨损事故,对电厂的安全运行和经济效益造成很大影响。就某电厂1 000 MW汽轮机第1 次启动时发生的轴颈、轴瓦损坏的情况进行介绍,并对其产生原因进行分析,提出处理方法及预防措施,以保障汽轮机安全运行。

Abstract

Wearing damage of bearing shell and journal has frequently occurred in recent years during turbine starting-up in several newly built power plants, which has caused serious impacts on the power plants’ safe operation and economic benefits. This paper introduces the wearing damage of the bearing shell and journal occurring during the first starting up of a power plant’s the 1 000 MW turbine, analyzes the causes and proposes some treatment and preventive measures.
