结合±800 kV向家坝—上海特高压直流示范工程换流变压器安装实践，分析了特高压换流变压器安装的步骤、关键环节及控制流程，提出了在非常规工况条件下特高压换流变压器的安装工艺。

Based on the installation practices of converter transformers of the Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ± 800 kV UHV DC demonstration project, the paper analyzes the procedures, key links and controlling process for installation of the UHV converter transformer, and proposes the installation techniques for UHV converter transformers under extraordinary conditions.
