摘要

针对向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流输电线路的工程特点,介绍了“一牵4+一牵2”张力架线的放线滑车悬挂方案,设计了L形偏心联板,克服了放线滑车组不平衡的问题。架线实践表明,L形联板使用效果良好,且能很好地解决架线工程中的几个关键问题。设计及施工过程可供相关技术人员参考。

Abstract

Based on the characteristics of the Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ± 800 kV UHVDC transmission line,this paper introduces the pulley hanging scheme of the tension stringing method called“one-drag-four plus one-drag-two”. In this scheme the L-shaped eccentric joint-board is designed to avoid the unbalance problem of the stringing pulley block.Construction practice demonstrates that the L-shaped joint-board has high efficiency in application and can solve several key problems in stringing construction. The design of this scheme and construction process can provide a reference to relevant technicians.
