Analysis on Local Yielding of the SZT2 Steel Tubular Tower of1 000 kV Double Circuits
针对我国第1 基1 000 kV 交流特高压双回路钢管塔(SZT2 塔)真型试验中塔腿节点出现的局部屈服现象进行了分析,首先按最新编制的国家电网公司企业标准进行了验算;再采用ANSYS软件建立了破坏节点的有限元模型,并进行了仿真分析,得出理论验算和有限元模拟结果与试验现象相吻合;最后,对节点进行了多方案比较的优化设计,并采用有限元对优化模型进行了分析,由此提出连接板连接情况下节点防局部屈服的设计建议,供设计人员参考。
The local yielding of the tower leg node occurring in the full-scale test of the first SZT2 tubular tower for the 1 000 kV AC double circuits is analyzed and checking calculation iscarried out according to the newly-published industrial code Q/GDW 391—2009. A FEA model is established for the failure nodes by the software ANSYS and simulation analysis is carried out, which indicates that the results of theoretical analysis and FEA simulation is in good agreement with the testing results. In the end, several alternative design schemes are compared for the nodes and the optimal model is analyzed by FEA and some suggests are proposed to prevent local yielding.
