500 kV 输电线路舞动分析及治理

Analysis and Treatment of the Galloping of 500 kV Transmission Line

摘要:

2009 年11 月至2010 年3 月初,受大风降温、雨雪冰冻等恶劣天气影响,河南电网发生了3 次大范围的输电线路覆冰舞动情况。其中500 kV输电线路舞动造成了线路跳闸和铁塔横担受损、螺栓脱落、跳线引流线破坏、绝缘子及间隔棒受损、防振锤滑移等故障,给河南电网正常运行造成了较大影响。统计了本次500 kV 线路舞动破坏的程度及特征,对舞动原因和电网受损情况原因进行深入分析,结合河南电网多年来的防舞治理经验,针对线路舞动受损的特点提出应对措施和建议。

Abstract:

Large-scale conductor galloping of transmission lines occurred three times in Henan province from November 2009 to March 2010 caused by atrocious weather including gale, freezing rain and snow . Among them, the galloping of Henan 500 kV transmission lines caused such faults as line trip, tower cross arm damage, bolt desquamate, jumper drainage line damage, insulator and spacer damage and damper slip, which badly affected the normal operation of Henan power grid impact. The paper makes a statistical analysis of the galloping damages in terms of the extent and features and analyzes the galloping genesis and the causes of grid damages. Based on the anti-galloping experience of Henan power grid, some anti-galloping measures are proposed according to the galloping damage characteristics of transmission lines.
