基于IEC61850标准的白城变电站数字化改造

Digitized Transformation of Baicheng Substation Based on IEC61850

摘要:

IEC61850 标准的颁布与推广为数字化变电站的发展提供了基础平台。首先介绍220 kV 白城变电站现状,并分析现有的问题;针对该变电站的薄弱环节,提出了在变电站层配置DF1900 监控系统和在间隔层配置DF1925 测控系统以及接入电子式互感器的变电站数字化改造方案,并从可靠性、可用率和灵活性方面对该改造方案进行了技术评价。从评价结果可知,改造不仅使该变电站的可靠性和可用率增强,而且系统的灵活性也有很大提高;同时节约了大量购买一次设备费用,经济性较好,为旧式变电站向数字化变电站过渡提供了新思路。

Abstract:

The promulgation and promotion of the Code IEC61850 provide a basic platform for development of digital substation. In this paper, the current situations and problems of the Baicheng 220 kV substation are introduced and analyzed, and a renovation scheme is proposed according to the weak points of the substation, which includes configuring a DF1900 monitoring system in the substation level, configuring a DF1925 controlling system in the bay level and putting in electronic transducers in the process level. A technical assessment is made on the renovation scheme in terms of its reliability availability and flexibility, which shows that the renovation not only improves the reliability and availability of the digital substation, but also enhances the flexibility of the system. Moreover, the renovation significantly saves the cost for purchasing the primary equipment for the substation with good economic results, and provides a new thinking for transforming the traditional substations into digital ones.
