摘要:

通过分析目前国内的高压直流工程现状,提出了直流集中控制中心建设的2 个总体方案,并对这2 个方案的差异和难点进行比较分析。分析得出,直流集中控制中心的建设是可行的、必然的、必要的,同时将会带来电网管理模式和运行方式的重大变革,在取得可观的经济效益的同时,进一步提高电网的安全、稳定性能。

Abstract:

On the basis of an analysis on the status quo of HVDC projects in China, two general construction schemes of DC central control center are proposed and comparative analysis is conducted on their differences and difficulties. It is concluded that construction of DC centralized control center is feasible and necessary, and will bring a significant change to the mode of power grid management and operation, and achieve considerable economic benefits and further enhance the safety and stability of power grid.
