大唐华银株洲发电有限公司2×300 MW机组1、2 号滚轴筛、碎煤机在运行中经常发生积煤、堵煤、启动困难、电动机烧毁等故障，严重影响机组安全运行。对滚轴筛、碎煤机运行过程中出现的故障进行了原因分析，并提出了改进措施。筛碎设备改造后，运行状况良好，达到了设计参数，满足了生产要求。

The No. 1 and 2 roller screen and coal crusher of the Datang Zhuzhou Huayin 2 × 300 MW units frequently have such faults during operation as coal deposition, coal block, difficult start-up and motor burnout, which have seriously affected the safe operation of unit. An analysis is conducted on the fault causes of the roller screen and coal crusher and some improvement measures are proposed. After renovation, the equipment works well and can meet the production requirements.
