摘要

气力除灰不畅已经严重影响部分电厂的安全运行。通过调查,对产生气力除灰不畅的原因进行分析及归类,得出料性变化导致的气力除灰能力不足是产生气力除灰不畅的最大因素。分析了实际生产中产生除灰不畅的具体因素以及提出相应的解决对策,对如何避免出现气力除灰不畅提出了建议。

Abstract

The clogging problems of pneumatic fly-ash removal system has seriously affected the safety operation of power plants. Based on an extensive investigation, the causes for clogging problems of pneumatic ash removal system is analyzed and categorized, and it is concluded that the insufficient pneumatic fly-ash removal capacity caused by variation of ash properties is the key factor for the clogging problem. The actual factors that lead to the clogging problem of fly-ash removal system are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed, and some proposals are put forward on how to avoid the clogging problem of pneumatic fly-ash removal system.
