摘要:

为开展复合材料在35 kV 输电杆塔中的应用研究,结合山东某35 kV 试点工程,通过杆塔真型试验及ANSYS有限元分析,从杆塔选型、材料选择、结构设计、节点优化等方面探讨35 kV 复合材料杆塔的设计方法。研究显示,该设计方法对35 kV全复合材料杆塔安全可靠,为工程应用提供了技术参考。

Abstract:

For a study on application of FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) in 35 kV power transmission tower, this paper, on the basis of a 35 kV power transmission project in Shandong province, explores the design method of FRP towers for 35 kV power transmission through full scale test and ANSYS FEA from the aspect of tower selection, material selection, structural design and node optimization. The result shows that the design method is safe and reliable for 35 kV power transmission FRP tower, which provides a technical reference for engineering application.
