输电线路复合绝缘子和金具串的优化设计
Optimization Design of Composite Insulator and Hardware String
进行了架空输电线路悬垂串、耐张串、L 形串、V形串和倒V形串中复合(合成)绝缘子与线路金具的联结优化设计,复合绝缘子两端的金属球头、球窝均改为圆形单孔、螺栓连接结构,去掉了R形锁紧销子,与金具实现螺栓联结,端部金具制作工艺较以往简易;与复合绝缘子直接连接的任一端或两端金具选用2 副及以上内弧U形环,可增加悬垂串、耐张串和V形串中复合绝缘子轴向转动的自由度,从而避免复合绝缘子端部受扭,确保复合绝缘子的机械性能,使输电线路更加安全可靠运行,达到架空输电线路全寿命运行的目的。
Optimization design is conducted for the connection of the composite insulator and the line hardware in suspension string, strain insulator string, L-shaped string, V-shaped string, reverse V-shaped string of the overhead transmission lines. The metallic ball and ball socket on both ends of the composite insulator are changed into round haplopore and bolt connecting structure, which removes the R-shaped fitting pin and realizes bolt connection with hardware. The manufacturing process of terminal hardware becomes simpler. Two or more inner-arc U-shaped hoops are used for one or both terminal hardware in direct connection with the composite insulator, which increases the axial rotation freedom of the composite insulator in suspension string, strain insulator string and V-shaped string, avoids any end torsion of composite insulator, and guarantees its mechanical behaviors. Through this work, the transmission line will operate more safely and reliably and the goal of full-life operation of overhead transmission line will be attained.
