Study on Type-selection Optimization of Coal Pulverizing System for 1 000 MW Super-critical Lignite Boiler
通过对内蒙古大唐国际克什克腾发电厂2×1 000 MW超 超临界火电机组工程锅炉、制粉系统及磨煤机选型,配合开发 具有我国自主知识产权的1 000 MW超超临界褐煤锅炉关键 技术。开展1 000 MW超超临界褐煤锅炉制粉系统的优化研 究,提出克什克腾电厂1 000 MW褐煤锅炉制粉系统选型参 数,并提出了1 000 MW褐煤锅炉制粉系统参数选择范围,为 1 000 MW等级超超临界褐煤锅炉研制提供技术支撑。
In order to assist developing the independent intellectual property key technology of 1 000 MW super-critical lignite boiler, this paper studies the type-selection optimization of pulverizing system used for 1 000 MW super-critical lignite boiler. The study is based on the type-selectionof boiler, coal pulverizing system, and coal mills from Datang Keshiketengqi 2× 1 000 MW super-critical thermal power plant. The type-selection parameters of coal pulverizing system is proposed for 1 000 MW power plant, The parameter scope of the pulverizing system is also proposed, which could give technical support for the development of 1 000 MW-order super-critical lignite boiler.
