摘要

通过分析静止无功补偿装置(static var compensator,SVC)应用于超高压交流输电时实现的功能,依据以系统电压(如500 kV)为主要控制目标,来实现稳定电压、增强电网输送能力、促进故障后电压恢复、抑制振荡等功能的思路,提出实现上述功能的电压控制策略。针对超高压电网中单套SVC装置具有很大容量的特点,提出了防止调节过程中阀组和总回路断路器过电流以及低压母线过电压的措施。

Abstract

By analyzing the functions of the static var compensator (SVC) applied to extra high voltage (EHV) AC power transmission, the control strategy of SVC is proposed. This strategy takes system voltage (e.g. 500 kV) as the main control objective to achieve stable voltage, increase power transmission capacity, promote voltage recovery after the failure, and depress oscillation etc. In view of the high capacity of each SVC in the EHV power grid, the measures are proposed to prevent the valve manifolds and the total circuit breaker over-current, and the voltage busbar over-voltage in the control process.
