摘要

在当前电网建设日益困难以及可再生能源、分布式电源、电网智能化技术迅速发展的新形势下,柔性直流输电技术为弥补传统高压交直流输电技术的不足提供了新的途径。分析了柔性直流输电技术特点与经济性,并对国外柔性直流输电技术的应用情况进行了介绍。结合国内能源及电网的发展特点和需求,对柔性直流输电技术在可再生能源开发、分布式电源接入、孤立地区或小规模送电以及城市电网供电等领域的应用前景进行了展望,提出了柔性直流输电技术的研究和推广建议。

Abstract

With the increasingly difficulty of current power grid construction and the rapid development of renewable energy sources, distributed generation and smart power grid technology, HVDC flexible technology provides a new approach to make up for conventional HVDC or HVAC transmission technology. Based on this, the features and economies of HVDC flexible technology is summarized. Following the introduction of practical applications abroad and in accordance with the actual requirement of energy sources and power in China, the application perspectives of HVDC flexible technology are analyzed on renewable energy sources development, distributed generator connection power supply for isolated area and urban power network. Furthermore, the suggestions for studying and popularizing the new technology is provided.
