基于SolidWorks 的静电除尘器结构参数化设计研究

静电除尘器在控制火电厂烟气污染中得到广泛的应用, 零部件的设计精度直接影响静电除尘器的安装、运行和检 修。文章利用SolidWorks 虚拟建模技术和SolidWorks 应用程 度编程接口(application programming interface,API)二次开发 技术,结合Visual Basic 6.0 软件建立交互式静电除尘器零部件 参数化设计系统,该系统可以大大减少除尘器开发时间和成 本,提高零部件的设计精度,从而减少除尘器在运行过程中由 于零部件精度不高引发的故障。
Electrostatic precipitator is widely used in smoke and gas pollution control of power plant, the design precision of whose components can affect its installation, operation and maintenance. In this paper, the interactive parameterization design system for electrostatic precipitator’s components is developed by application programming interface (API) secondary development, virtual modeling of SolidWorks and Visual Basic 6.0 software. The system can significantly shorten the development cycle and cost, heighten the design precision of the components, and thus reduce the possibility of electrostatic precipitator’s fault during operation caused by poor design precision of the components.
