摘要

针对兰州铝厂自备电厂3×300 MW机组正压浓相气力输灰系统调试期间出现的堵管问题,分析了输灰系统堵管的原因,并提出了输灰系统防堵管措施及堵塞疏通方法,可为电厂除灰运行人员判断堵管原因、采取快捷的处理措施提供参考。

Abstract

The pipe blockage occurs during the debugging and operating period of dense phase pneumatic ash-conveying system in 3 × 300 MW units of the power plant of Lanzhou aluminum plant. The causes are analyzed, and the preventive countermeasures and solutions proposed accordingly, providing guidance to the operators for judging reasons and adopting effective measurements.
