摘要

火电厂输煤系统优化的核心内容是缩短输送距离、减少转运站数量。介绍了管状带式输送机穿烟囱技术方案及其优势,分析了管状带式输送机穿烟囱技术在华能海门电厂运煤系统应用于1 000 MW机组侧煤仓上煤的运行情况,总结了其经济和社会效益。

Abstract

The optimization of coal handling systems in thermal power plant is mainly to shorten transportation distance and decrease the number of transfer station. In this paper, the plan and advantages of chimney-traversing technology of tubular belt conveyor are introduced, whose application in sending coal of side coal bunker of 1 000 MW unit in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant are analyzed. Furthermore, the economic and social benefits are summarized.
