结合某坑口电厂制粉系统及褐煤干燥系统技术方案的 选择，首先分析对比了制粉系统采用风扇磨与中速磨+褐煤干 燥系统的优缺点，选择了中速磨+褐煤干燥系统的工艺线路； 然后介绍了国内外用于褐煤干燥的主要工艺技术，通过综合 分析比较，确定采用蒸汽管回转干燥机作为褐煤干燥系统主 要设备；最后对该褐煤干燥系统进行了详细的说明。将褐煤 干燥技术引入电力行业，对于探索适合于我国电力行业的褐 煤干燥工艺技术以及相关问题具有重要的借鉴意义。

Combining with the choice of technology plan of coal pulverizing system and lignite drying system in pithead power plant, an analysis is carried out in this paper on the advantages and disadvantages of coal pulverizing systems with fan pulverizer and with mid-speed pulverizer plus lignite drying system, based on which the mid-speed pulverizer plus lignite drying system is eventually selected as the process route of coal pulverizing system. And then the major lignite drying technologies of both China and abroad are introduced. On the basis of a comprehensive comparison, the steam tube rotary dryer is selected as the main equipment of lignite drying system. Finally the lignite drying system is elaborated. It is concluded that it is very important to introduce the lignite drying technology into power industry for exploring the lignite drying process technologies that are suitable for China’s power industry.
