虚拟发电厂在大规模风电并网中的应用研究
Researching on Virtual power plant used to large-scale wind power
风电的间歇性、远距离、大规模、难预测等特性使其接入电网对电力系统规划建设、生产运行、安全稳定造成重大影响,本文针对电力系统实时调度模式下大规模风电场并网调度难题,提出了虚拟发电厂的设想,通过把某区域的风力发电机组和常规水、火电机组及其它储能设备进行等效实现电网功率有效控制。文中以某千万千瓦风电基地为算例建立了虚拟发电厂数据模型并采用实际电网运行数据验证了方案的可行性。
It is difficult to access to the grid planning because of intermittent, distance, mass, and other characteristics of wind power ,and significant impact on the construction, production operations, security and stability. In this paper, the nominal power plant is proposed to solve problems that large-scale wind farms grid in the existing real-time scheduling mode of power system. The equivalent of the wind turbine and the conventional water, thermal power and other energy storage devices of a region is achieved to control power grid.The feasibility is proved base on a virtual power plant data model and data validation using the actual network operation data of a million kilowatts of wind power .
