NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C金属陶瓷堆焊层用于磨煤机磨辊修复的研究
Research on Improving Abrasion-resistance Capability of Grinding Roller by NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C Compound Welding Surface
介绍了以NiCr箔、Cr3C2粉、Ti粉、C粉等为原料,利用氩弧熔覆的方法制备的NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C复合堆焊层的性能特点;采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计等仪器,研究了熔覆层的相组成、组织结构、成分分布和涂层断面显微硬度分布。结果表明:熔覆层组织由Ni基固溶体、TiC和Cr23C6等相组成,其最高显微硬度在1 800~2 000 HV范围内。另外,通过湿砂磨粒磨损试验,对NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C堆焊层与其他各材料的磨粒磨损性能进行了比较,结果显示:NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C堆焊层有较强的耐磨性能,可用于磨煤机磨辊的修复。
To improve the capability of abrasion-resistance of the grinding roller, the NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C compound welding surface is prepared and taken NiCr foil, Cr3C2 powder Ti powder and C powder as raw materials based on TIG method. The phase structure, microscopic organization, component distribution and the hardness are studied by SEM, EDS and XRD. It is shown that the welding tissue is composed by Ni-based sosolid, TiC and Cr23C6 etc, and its highest hardness is between 1800 and 2000 HV. By wearing test, the abrasion of NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C compound welding surface and the other materials are compared. It is shown that the NiCr-Cr3C2-Ti-C compound welding surface has better abrasion-resistance than the other materials, and can be used to improve the capability of abrasion-resistance of the grinding roller.
