A Universal Method for Transient Analysis of Feed-water Pump System in Conventional Island of Nuclear Power Plant

摘要

根据CPR1000机型某工程的给水泵系统流程、设备及布置,以及管路阻力计算结果,利用Flowmaster软件建立了从除氧器出口至蒸汽发生器入口的给水泵系统通用模型,并进行了稳态和瞬态分析。瞬态分析表明:1台运行泵跳闸后,备用泵启动过程中,蒸汽发生器给水的减少量满足要求;该标准化的模型和瞬态分析方法具有一定通用性。

Abstract

According to the design of feed-water system process and arrangement of one nuclear power plant project of CPR1000, a universal model from deaerator outlet to steam generator inlet is built for steady and transient analysis with the result of piping resistance calculation by using Flowmaster computer package. The transient analysis indicates that the decrement of steam generator feed-water is allowable during the process of tripping one pump and starting-up the standby pump. The standard model and analysis are demonstrated with a certainty commonality.
